The proximity to the train station made my journey seamless, allowing me to easily access transport for my day trips to nearby historic sites. The highlight for me was the terrace overlooking the river, where I could unwind with a local craft beer from the brewery downstairs while taking in the picturesque views of the surrounding medieval architecture.
